1 bag of Danshari coffee drip, 180g hot water, kettle and glass. The ratio used by Danshari is 1:15. A bag of “coffee drip” by Danshari contains 12 grams of ground coffee and you need 180 grams of hot water. The total brewing process is about 2 minutes.
☕ Step 1: Open the kraft paper bag of the coffee bag, then gently pull the top of the coffee bag in the direction of the arrow to open the bag. Take care not to let the coffee fall out.
☕ Step 2: Gently pull the handle of the coffee bag and place it in the cup
☕ Step 3: Pour a little hot water and wait 30 seconds for the coffee to expand (if you have a weight, you can prepare exactly 30 grams of hot water). This step is very important for the premium taste of Hand brew.
☕ Step 4: Slowly and evenly add about 80 grams of hot water.
☕ Step 5: When the water level in the glass drops to about 1/3 from the bottom of the glass, continue to pour about 70 grams of hot water (a total of 180 grams of hot water). Let the coffee slowly extract.
☕ Step 6: Take the coffee bag out of the cup and enjoy it.
